The couriers we use do not collect payments on our behalf. Only bank transfers and online credit card payments can be accepted.
All online purchased must be paid for online. If you prefer to pay for the item at the store, it is recommended that you visit the nearest HMR store to you and make the purchase from the store shelf.

To return or exchange an item you purchased directly from www.hmr.ph, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Buyer must send an email notification to admin@hmr.ph or call the hotline 02 8255470 to 74 within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer must then secure a Return Authorization number for tracking purposes.
All returned items must be in the same condition as it was received. All inclusions with the package must be returned as well i.e. charger, manual, protective cover, etc. Only items that are defective will be accepted as returns. Buyer has the option to exchange the item; otherwise refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
If you wish to return an item that is not defective, HMR is not responsible for the shipping fee and buyer will be charged 15% service fee, based on the amount paid for. No full refund will be provided as buyer has been notified through Terms and Conditions upon purchase.
All items that are to be returned should be shipped or delivered to the HMR retail store or indicated address. All courier charges will be charged to the customer to return the item for repairs or replacements. If the item is being repaired HMR will shoulder the charges to freight the item back to you.
A refund can only be given to a customer who did not receive the item purchased or if the item they received was damaged.
All the items offered on hmr.ph are surplus, which means that they could be over-stock, factory-over runs, floor stock or customer returns from leading outlets in the USA and Australia.
